Case Study: Royal Academy of Engineering
Frontiers Programme
The Royal Academy of Engineering (RAEng) were looking for someone to design, build, install and monitor a virtual event platform for their global Frontiers programme including a number of live events.
We designed, wireframed and developed the interactive platform within a six-week timeframe. This included a meeting scheduler, instant chat/message, user profiles & project areas.
Analytics were available in live time, to allow the Academy team to monitor the engagement with the platform. The core aims of the virtual symposia were networking and collaboration and feedback on the level of engagement on the platform has been exceptionally strong.
“I have really enjoyed working with you all - honestly could not thank you enough - the platform just gets better every time and our delegates - plus our SLT – are continuously blown away by what’s been developed. The symposium is genuinely rated as one of the most accomplished events in the company’s portfolio and I feel very proud to share that achievement with you - and to have collaborated on this project.”
